We know every parent has the same worry (particularly with a global pandemic stealing a year of academic and personal growth from their student): "my student doesn't yet have a passion". Trust us. We have heard this one before. We get to know the students beyond an impersonal personality test. We look for their throughlines and talents. We connect them to the larger global community so they understand the future of work and what skills are essential to happiness and success. We give them a chance to get their hands dirty through experiential learning. They discover that introspection is a process...a wonderful journey that they will rediscover at different times in their lives. Students learn that college is a stepping stone, not the end goal. We want our students to be interested and interesting.
