Global Leadership: Our goal is to have students be interesting and interested. This workshop uses global events as our text so that students can understand current events and their historical antecedents. Our students understand the precarious position of Afghanistan post-September 11, 2021, the recent devastating report on the irreversible elements of Climate Change, and the nuances of our political system. Students must be prepared beyond standardized testing to survive in college - academically and socially.

World & U.S. History Through Current Events: Facts...what’s the point of learning history when your teachers don’t connect those moments to where we are now...which, frankly, isn’t great. History makes so much more sense to a student when they can see the reverberations of that history in their lives. This course is meant for everyone who wants to learn about our world, and particularly those who are taking the AP World and APUSH tests.
